Each individual may hold only one klwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. klwin will suspend all accounts associated with the same individual and may forfeit any associated balances upon detection of multi-accounting.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your klwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify klwin immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. klwin will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
klwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of KYC, which involves submission of government-issued identification (Malaysian IC or valid passport). klwin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
Any information provided to klwin that is determined to be false, misleading, or inaccurate — including falsified identity documents — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds within the account. klwin may also report such conduct to relevant authorities where applicable.
klwin supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). klwin does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. All bets and gaming activity on klwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product (casino, sportsbook, slots). Game-specific rules are accessible from within the game interface or the klwin Help Centre. Bets once confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player. In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error affecting a bet or game result, klwin reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account. klwin's decision on such matters is final.

This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
klwin's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to klwin in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The klwin platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Upon termination for cause, klwin may forfeit all account balances. Upon termination without cause by klwin, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original deposit method subject to completed KYC and AML clearance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority standards and the general principles of commercial law.
